Never fear oh ye hungry law student!! Breakfast smoothies are a perfect way to ensure that you get a nutritious start to your day. You can make smoothies the evenings before your early classes or even up to 3-4 days in advance. (You'd freeze that of course, or else...just yuk!!)

1. Apple, Banana, Cinnamon Smoothie:

Ingredients:
5 raw almonds
1 red apple
1 banana
3/4 greek non-fat yogurt (or just regular student budget yogurt)
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (the basic pinch)
2. Carrot, Ginger and Orange Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup carrot juice
1 orange (peeled)
1 big handful of spinach
1 small square of ginger
1 to 2 handfuls of ice
3. Banana Berry Peanut Butter Broccoli Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
6 frozen strawberries
4 raw broccoli florets
6 ounces vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup cold water
4. Papaya Ginger Mint Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 papaya (peeled, seeded, cut into chunks and refrigerated)
1/2 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 tablespoon peeled and finely chopped ginger
1/2 tablespoon honey
juice of 1/2 lemon
Water - to taste
4 fresh mint leaves
