The Breakfast Smoothie: Life Hack #1 for the Law Student on the go

With all of your plans to get your time management under control, the #lifeofalawstudent every now and then gets the best of us and we end up rushing out the door to get to good ole' HWLS in time for class (or your legal aid assessment *sigh*). On days like these breakfast becomes something we figure we can clearly do without.

Like who has the time to make bacon and eggs when you have a class at 8:00 am?
Never fear oh ye hungry law student!! Breakfast smoothies are a perfect way to ensure that you get a nutritious start to your day. You can make smoothies the evenings before your early classes or even up to 3-4 days in advance. (You'd freeze that of course, or else...just yuk!!)
Here are some great recipes for quick, easy and nutritious smoothies: via http://www.fitsugar.com/

Student Attorneys Ariel Haynes, Asif Hosein-Shah, Dinique Wilson, and Jenell Gibson took to the streets of Port of Spain, Trinidad to see what it's like to live a day in the life of a disabled person.

The project is a social experiment centered on the way in which the wider society interacts with persons who are living with physical disabilities and tests whether the general public would come to the aid of a disabled person in difficulty.
